Refund Policy

In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Little Sprowtz will happily exchange or refund the cost of the item (excluding freight costs) providing it is returned in original packaging with tags attached.Please notify us within 14 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty. Unfortunately, we do not exchange or refund due to change of mind.

Please contact us to arrange exchange or returns of faulty or damaged goods.

Non Arrival of Goods

If an item should arrive faulty or not arrive at all, please contact us immediately to discuss an appropriate resolution. Note: All refunds for orders placed online or by mail/fax are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for goods once we have dispatched them using the method of shipping you have selected.

Delivery & Postage Charges

Little Sprowtz delivers both Nationally & Internationally using the services of Australia Post and DHL Express service. All of our customers who choose our preferred delivery method of DHL Express will benefit from our reduced rate structure.

As we ship via Regular Post or DHL Express, you can decide which you prefer to use at point of sale. We can deliver to you, or if the item is a gift we can deliver to the recipient’s address.

We recommend the use of DHL Express over standard Regular Post due to the efficiency of delivery. DHL Express parcels can be tracked should a problem arise with delivery.

Regular Post: We also dispatch goods via regular post which generally means goods are delivered within 1-7 days of ordering, depending on location.
Freight charges vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Freight is calculated at the checkout and cost depends on the method of shipping you select to use at point of sale.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of this 10%.
